Emergency Service of SPP – distribúcia is provided on a 24 h basis
Emergency Line – Gas serves for reporting of problems related to failures of natural gas distribution through the distribution network of SPP - distribúcia, a.s. from the whole territory of Slovakia:
- Every gas leak from gas facilities of SPP-D
- Reports on gas leaks from customers connected to the distribution network of SPP-D
- Failure or damage of gas equipment administered by SPP - distribúcia (gas pipelines, connections, regulation stations, cathodic protection stations, house regulator, gas meter, main gas cut-off valve)
- Restriction or interruption of natural gas supply for a customer connected to the distribution network of SPP-distribúcia, a.s., caused by failure.
Only direct communication with dispatcher of SPP - distribúcia on the Emergency Line – Gas 0850 111 727 is a conclusive document for reception and registration of failures.
A telephone call is charged by price for local call, i.e. the customers will pay a fee as if he made a local call to fixed line from any place in SR. Calls from mobile networks are charged by tariff of the respective mobile operator used for calls to a fixed network.
Note:
Employees of emergency services of SPP - distribúcia, a.s. do not ensure repairs and maintenance of offtake gas equipment owned by final gas customer.
These will be ordered by the customer from service and repair shops.
