Customer Office for Connection to Distribution network provides the following services:
- Requests for connection of new offtake gas equipment to the distribution network
- Requests for technical alteration of existing offtake gas equipment
- Conclusion of contracts on connection to the distribution network
- Information service
- Reception of claims and complaints if required
The Customer Office is open on working days Tuesday and Friday between 08:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. and on Wednesday between 12:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m.
