The Customer Line for Connection to Distribution Network allows:
- Provision of information on connection of offtake gas equipment for new customers
- Provision of information and assistance to requests for technical alterations of existing offtake gas equipment
- Dealing with individual questions of the customer in the process of connection and alterations of existing gas offtake equipment according to the customer´s specific needs
- Conclusion and finalization of the Contracts on Connection
- Sending of completed „Requests“ and draft „Contracts for Connection“ for the individual categories of applicants
The Customer Line is in operation every working day between 07:30 a.m. and 04:00 p.m.

A telephone call is charged by price for local call, i.e. the customers will pay a fee as if he made a local call to fixed line from any place in SR. Calls from mobile networks are charged by tariff of the respective mobile operator used for calls to a fixed network.
