The Distribution Network Operator is obliged to determine and publish Technical conditions of the Distribution Network Operator ("Technical conditions“) in accordance with Art. 17 (1) of the Act No. 656/2004 Coll. on Energy in the interest of provision of non-discriminatory, transparent and safe access, connection and operation of the distribution network. The details on the scope of Technical conditions are stipulated by the Decree of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic No. 337/2005 Coll.
The Technical Conditions of SPP - distribúcia, a.s. as the Distribution Network Operator stipulate among others conditions of access and connection to our distribution network, distribution network operating rules, conditions of securing operational safety and reliability of distribution network, conditions of technical cooperation, collaboration with other networks operators and conditions of distribution network administration. Technical conditions are binding for gas market participants.
