SPP – distribúcia as owner and operator of gas networks and facilities is according to the Act No. 50/1976 Coll. on territorial planning and building order (Building Act) affected body that issues binding opinions, i.e. comments, approvals and other administrative acts for all levels of building permit proceedings (planning permission proceedings, announcement of small construction works, building permit proceedings).
Comments to building permit proceedings
Beside of these services, our company provides information about existence of gas industry networks in the catchment area in the form of charting, identifies gas facilities for the purposes of the issue of digging up permissions and issues opinions to the location of buildings in the protection and safety zone of gas facilities, including assessment and granting of exceptions in justified cases.

These services are provided by experienced employees especially to builders and investors (individuals and legal persons, municipalities, cities...) at their request and on the basis of documentation under review.
For the purpose of protection and elimination of potential damages to operated underground gas networks, our company implements the marking out of their position, route and depth in the field.
These services are intended for applicants who are obliged to ensure the marking out of networks, e.g. before digging up, according to special regulations.
The marking out is implemented by qualified employees equipped by modern hardware, on the basis of written order of the applicant.
