The company SPP - distribúcia as distribution network operator in the defined territory is obliged to incorporate the gas market rules into its Operational Order. The Operational Order of the company lays down the commercial terms of access and connection to the distribution network operated by the company SPP - distribúcia. The Operational Order is subject to approval of the Regulatory Office for Network Industries and approved Operational Order is binding for the gas market participants.
