Join our Postgraduate Development Programme!
We offer to you an employment for indefinite period, which gives you the opportunity to build your career and the possibility of full-time job. During our 1.5-year programme you will work in the form of monthly rotations in selected area in our company to gain insight into the functioning of our company and adapt yourself quickly. You will have a unique opportunity to participate in the determination of focus and content of your rotations. During rotation you will work on many assignments and projects and be involved in interesting development and educational activities aimed to enhancement of your professional knowledge and skills. You will work under the expert lead of your mentor, experienced manager of our company, who will help you in your professional growth and development. You will receive regular feedback and evaluation of your work.
By your participation in this programme you prepare yourself for work on many interesting specialized positions in our company.
