The Code of Ethics reflects the attitudes and standards of behaviour adopted in the companies of the SPP Core Group. Their objective is to support the creation of an equitable, transparent and competitive environment in these companies, and to lay stress on ethical principles of behaviour of each of their employees.
Four basic values are reflected in the conduct of every employee as well as in companies of the SPP Core Group as a whole:

friendly attitude – friendly and supportive behaviour, trust, honesty, sincerity, support and help, acknowledgement, decency, humanity, politeness

economic and effective use and protection of all sources, including assets of company, financial and working devices, environment, time and information. Not to waste resources.

initiative, proactive and active approach, courage – assumption of acceptable risk, active assumption of responsibility, creativity – bringing forward new ideas and proposals, acceptance of personal responsibility
